1. General Terms

Altitude Hikes is a registered Indian travel agency offering group trips, adventure treks, and travel experiences. These terms apply to all services including bookings made via website, phone, email, or social media.

2. Booking, Payment & Confirmation

A non-refundable advance payment (amount varies per trip) is mandatory for confirming any booking. Full payment must be completed before the departure date as per the package. Bookings are non-transferable without prior written approval. Payment confirmation will be sent upon successful transaction.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation:

- 15+ days before departure: 70% refund

- 7–14 days: 50% refund

- Less than 7 days: No refund

Company Cancellation:

If Altitude Hikes cancels a trip due to unforeseen conditions, you will receive a 100% refund or trip credit. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Risk Acknowledgement & Liability

By booking, you accept that Altitude Hikes is not liable for injury, illness, accident, or death during the trip. You are responsible for your fitness. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, disasters, or transport issues.

5. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries may change based on conditions. Equivalent alternatives will be provided. No refunds for changes beyond our control.

6. Personal Belongings

You are solely responsible for your belongings during the trip. Altitude Hikes is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

7. Photography & Media Usage

By joining a trip, you consent to the use of photos/videos for marketing unless opted out via written notice.

8. Code of Conduct

Unlawful or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. Respect for fellow travelers is mandatory.

9. Use of Website & Content

All content on this site is property of Altitude Hikes. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
